Campaign Period

This campaign runs from now until December 31, 2025.

Participation Method

You may participate by recommending candidates for job openings posted on the official website or positions currently being recruited by LRS consultants through any communication channel, including email or Line.

Submission Guidelines

1. Official Website:

   • Email subject: Please specify [Referral to Michelin Reward].
   • Email content: Provide your full name, contact number, and email address. Attach the resume (in Chinese or English, including a contact number and email) or LinkedIn profile of the person you wish to recommend.

2. Direct Contact with LRS Consultants:

   • Share the contact details or communication method (e.g., Line, WhatsApp, etc.) of the person you are recommending.

Rewards Mechanism

• Successfully refer two candidates during the campaign period to receive a weekday Michelin dinner for two, arranged by LRS.

Definition of Successful Recommendation

A recommendation is considered successful if:

1. The recommended candidate is not already in the LRS database, and the recommended candidate is hired, reports to work, and successfully completes the probation period.
2. The recommended candidate is in the LRS database but has not been contacted by a consultant in the three months prior to the recommendation date, and the recommended candidate is hired, reports to work, and successfully completes the probation period.

Participation in this campaign constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined herein. The company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time. Any matters not addressed will be handled according to the company's official announcements.
