Multi-Channel Engagement (Digital) Manager
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Develop digital friendly contents of new launch products and/or existing products on email Marketing and HCP Portal to drive awareness.
- Increase percentage of digital touchpoints with our customers.
- Measure Taiwan MCE solutions utilization of the responsible brands and work with brand teams to seek improvement opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics to track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Work with cross-functional teams and community to replicate identified best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and tools in digital marketing and recommend innovative approaches to drive results.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in digital marketing, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, tactics, and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Good command of English.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive insights and optimization.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
